摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺 ,通过对材料组元、成分、工艺等的实验研究 ,研制出铁基金属陶瓷摩擦材料 .研究表明该材料摩擦系数高、磨损率低和摩擦稳定系数高 ,故有希望作为高速列车制动闸片材料 .
By using powder metallurgy technology and via the investigation and testing of the materials including basic components ,chemical compositions and fabricating technology,,the iron base metal ceramic braking materials have been developed. It has been proved by the investigation and testing of the materials that the materials have excellent friction and wear properties as well as good friction stability .They could be used as the brake lining materials for high-speed train.
