藏医学人才院校规模化培养历史久远。现代高校藏医人才培养有利于在藏医学传承中分享、利用人类文明发展的新成果,并能满足时代对藏医人才的能力需求。如何合理构建藏医与西医知识及藏文化与现代科技知识的比例和内涵,如何合理借助现代科技的成果促进藏医人才培养,是藏医高校人才培养体系构建的关键和难点。确立符合行业和时代要求的人才培养目标、合理进行课程的搭建和课程内涵的建设、充分合理地借用现代科技成果、建立一支服务于藏医人才培养的高水平师资队伍等,是构建藏医人才高校培养体系、完成藏医人才培养任务的必要条件。

Training talents of Tibetan medicine at academic institutions has a long history and training such talents at modern universities can promote the sharing and application of new achievements of human civilization in inheriting Tibetan medicine. At the same time, it can meet the need for talents of Tibetan medicine of the time. The key to constructing training system of Tibetan medicine talents at universities lies in rational ratio and balanced connotation between Tibetan medicine and Western medicine, as well as between Tibetan culture and modern scientific knowledge. Moreover, setting up talent training goal according to the needs of the trade and the time, constructing curriculum and course connotation, making use of modern scientific achievements, and building a high-leveled teaching body are the requisites for constructing the system and fulfilling the task of talents training.
