摘要
始于2001年6月的对口支援西藏高校计划是一项促进我国高校资源共享、合作共赢的战略举措,是和谐社会建设中实现区域协调发展和教育公平的内在要求。如何有效利用施援高校的资源快速提升西藏高校的整体水平,是高等教育援藏的关键。本文从社会学的视角出发,提出了施援高校和受援高校良性互动机制的概念,并分析和构建良性互动机制的四个维度和两种类型。
Started in June 2001, the project of targeted aiding for universities in Tibet is a strategic project to promote resource sharing and win-win cooperation among universities in China. It is also an effective measure to realize regional coordinated development and equal access to education in building a harmonious society. The key lies in effective use of resources of universities in the hinterland to uplift the overall level of universities in Tibet. This paper proposes the idea of healthy interaction mechanism between targeted aiding universities in Tibet and hinterland universities with a discussion of four dimensions and two types of the mechanism.
