摘要
文章以呼伦贝尔学院大学生心理健康教育与咨询的实际案例,采用点面结合、调查与实证结合的方法,探究内蒙古东部边疆地区大学生心理健康教育与咨询的特点,为相关教育和管理中应采取的针对性措施提供参考,以便真正提高教育与咨询的成效。
Based on the cases of Mental Health Education and Consulting Center of Hulunbuir College, this paper makes a study of mental health consulting characteristics of university students in border areas of Eastern Inner Mongolia through empirical surveys of both individuals and groups of students. The purpose is to provide reference for making educational and administrative measures so as to make education and consulting work more effective.
