摘要
利用常减压蒸馏和重整装置联合工艺流程,提出在不增加设备投资的情况下,通过优化工艺参数,开发高附加值C5产品的新方案.通过分析得出,提高稳定塔塔底温度至180℃,降低进料温度至118℃,控制塔顶温度在55 ~ 57℃,并根据进料段上部温度调节塔顶回流罐压力至0.74 MPa,降低进料段上部塔板负荷,可在保证液化石油气产品质量合格的前提下,将稳定石脑油中C4的质量分数从5.80%降至0.17%,满足重整装置生产C5产品的原料要求,生产出合格的C5产品.该装置每年可增效约0.65×108 RMB¥,同时减少了6t/h含硫轻烃在常减压蒸馏和重整装置间的重复加工量,并有效降低了全厂能耗.
A new process is proposed for production of high-added-value C5 products on crude distillation unit and continuous catalytic reformer (CDU-CCR) through optimization of process parameters without addi- tional equipment investment. The analysis concludes that the on-spec C5 products can be produced in CCR when the bottom temperature of stabilizer is raised to 180 ℃, the feed temperature is reduced to 118 ℃, the overhead temperature is controlled at 55 - 57 ℃, the overhead reflux drum pressure is controlled at about 0.74 MPa by the control of temperature in the upper part of feed-in section of the tower and the Cas in stabi- lized naphtha is reduced from to 0.17% from 5.80% which meet the feedstock specifications for production of C5s in CCR. The operation of the unit can generate 65 million Yuan RMB additional economic benefit and re- duce 6 t/h of light hydrocarbons containing sulfur to be processed in CDU and CCR. The energy consumption of the plant has been effectively reduced.
