直柴加氢装置重沸炉问题分析及优化

摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司2.6 Mt/a直柴加氢装置重沸炉F3402设计情况,从燃烧器火嘴熄火、雾化蒸汽压力不稳定、重沸炉负荷变动、工况不稳定等方面对其热效率问题进行了详细分析。并提出优化措施:建立燃料油火嘴管理台帐;及时调整燃料油压力和燃烧工况;加强重沸炉负荷控制;优化仪表控制;优化三门一板操作等。经过优化,使重沸炉的热效率由85%提高到91%,降低了装置能耗,提高了装置经济效益。 The design of reboiler furnace F3402 for a 2.6 MM TPY straight-run diesel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company is introduced. The low thermal efficiency problem is analyzed in detail in re- spect of fire going out of burner of combustor, instability of atomizing steam pressure, variations of reboiler fur- nace duty and operation, etc. To solve these problems, the following optimization measures are taken: The management record is established for fuel oil burner; The fuel oil pressure and combustion are adjusted in a timely manner; The control of reboiler furnace duty is strengthened; The instrument control and control of "three valve and one fuel plate" are optimized. After optimization, the thermal efficiency of the reboiler fur- nace is increased to 91% from 85%. The energy consumption of the unit is reduced and economic benefit of the unit is improved.
