安神定志汤联合丁螺环酮治疗地西泮依赖的临床分析

CLINICAL EFFECT OF SEDATIVE SADASHI SOUP AND BUSPIRONE IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH DIAZEPAM DEPENDENCE

目的探讨安神定志汤联合丁螺环酮与单用丁螺环酮治疗地西泮依赖的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将178例地西泮患者随机分成治疗组(安神定志汤联合丁螺环酮)89例和对照组(丁螺环酮)89例,疗程8周,治疗后1周、4周、8周采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效,采用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率分别为69.7%、85.4%,对照组为53.9%、67.4%,二项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应量表(TESS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安神定志汤联合丁螺环酮治疗地西泮依赖疗效确切,优于单用丁螺环酮治疗,且不良反应轻微。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in treatment of Diazepam de- pendence by using Sedative Sadashi Soup and Buspirone. Methods Totally 178 cases of Diazepam- Dependent patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （Sedative Sadashi Soup and Buspi- rone） and the control group （Buspirone）, 89 cases each group. The treatment was performed eight weeks courses. The Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） was used to evaluate the efficacy and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） was used to assess adverse reactions after the treatment at one, four and eight weeks. Results The significant efficiency and total efficiency of the treatment groups were 69.7% and 85.40/＇/00, 53.9% and 67.4% in control group. The two indicators of the treatment groups were higher （P〈0.05） than the control group. The score of adverse reactions was lower in treatment group than that in control geoup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Diazepam dependence by Sedative Sadashi Soup and Buspirone is safe and effective and the adverse reactions were few and mild. It is better than the single treatment with Buspirone.
