平板运动试验Duke评分对老年冠心病诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨平板运动试验(treadmillexercise test,TET)Duke评分(Duke treadmill score,DTS)在老年冠心病诊断中的作用及价值。方法选择老年疑诊冠心病的患者148例,2周内分别完成生化检查、TET及冠脉造影检查,将平板运动试验ST段下降、DTS诊断冠心病与冠脉造影结果进行比较分析。结果 DTS与ST段标准比较:敏感性、阴性预测值、准确度高,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);ST段标准附加DTS标准与ST段标准比较:敏感性、阴性预测值、准确度高,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);ST段标准附加DTS标准与DTS标准比较:敏感性、阴性预测值高,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单独应用DTS标准或联合应用ST标准附加DTS标准对诊断老年冠心病敏感性、阴性预测值、准确度升高,二者联合应用对老年患者冠心病的诊断价值更高。
