输卵管积水对体外受精-胚胎移植结局的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨输卵管积水对体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)结局的影响。方法选取2010年1—9月于唐山市妇幼保健院生殖遗传科行IVF-ET的患者120例,其中双侧输卵管积水未处理的30例作为研究组,同期因双侧输卵管积水行切除或离断术的40例及双侧输卵管阻塞的50例作为对照组,比较三组患者在促卵中卵巢的反应性及妊娠结局。结果①三组患者的年龄、不孕年限等一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②积水组的着床率、妊娠率低于对照组,异位妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③输卵管积水处理后的着床率、妊娠率高于未处理组,异位妊娠率低于未处理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管积水的患者行IVF-ET助孕前行切除或离断术可明显提高妊娠率并降低异位妊娠发生率。
