压痛点注射联合针刺委中穴治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效研究

ACUTE LUMBAR SPRAIN TREATMENT THROUGH INJECTION IN TENDERNESS POINT COMBINED WITH ACUPUNCTURE ON WEIZHONG POINT

目的观察压痛点注射与针刺委中穴联合应用治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法将52例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用压痛点注射红茴香注射液与地塞米松注射液混合制剂联合针刺委中穴治疗;对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰部活动度评分(ROM)、改良日本骨科学会(M-JOA)评分进行疗效评定。结果治疗后二组VAS、ROM、MJOA积分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后二组疗效对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压痛点注射与针刺委中穴联合应用治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著,可推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acute lumbar sprain through the tender- ness point injection combined with acupuncture on Weizhong point. Methods Totally 52 cases of a- cute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were administrated with the tenderness point injection of Honghuixiang injection mixed with dexamethasone iniection and acupuncture on Weizhong point; while the patients in the con- trol group were treated by routine acupuncture. The visual analogue scale （VAS）, range of motion （ROM）, and modify Japanese orthopedic association low hack pain score （M- JOA） were employed to evaluate the curative effect. Results After treatment there were significant differences in the scores by VAS, ROM, and M - JOA in two groups （P〈0.05）; there was significant difference in treatment ef- ficacy between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is curative in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain through tenderness point injection combined with Weizhong point acupuncture which should be recommended with priority in clinical practice.
