钛石膏颗粒物特性及其热重分析 被引量:10

摘要 以钛石膏为原料,通过XRD、SEM、TG和XRF等分析技术,研究了钛石膏颗粒形貌与化学组成、物相、热重等基本特性。研究结果表明:钛石膏颗粒主要由板状、椭球状、短柱状、无定形态颗粒和碎屑状颗粒组成;其中,板状和短柱状颗粒主要由二水石膏组成,椭球状颗粒主要由碳酸钙和少量的硅酸钙组成,碎屑状和无定形态颗粒则主要由二水石膏和Fe(OH)3胶体组成。钛石膏在200℃内的失重主要是由二水石膏失水所致;200~600℃的质量损失主要是由Fe(OH),胶体失水所致;600—800℃的质量损失,则主要是石灰石的分解所致。 Using titanium gypsum as raw materials, the basis particle characteristics were investigated by XRD, SEM, TG and XRF. The results show that the particles of titanium gypsum are composed of tabular, ellipsoidal, short columnar, amorphous and clastic particles. The tabular and short columnar particles are mainly composed of CaSO4·2H2O, the ellipsoidal particle is composed of CaCO3 and a little of calcium silicate, and the amorphous and clastic particles are mainly composed of CaSO4·2H2O and Fe (OH) 3 colloid. The weight loss within 200℃ is consistent with the crystallization water content of titanium gypsum, while the weight loss at 200-600℃ and 600-800℃ is mainly caused by the dehydration of Fe (OH)z colloid and the decomposition of CaCO3, respectively.
