谈选煤厂动筛车间噪声治理实践

DISCUSSION ON THE COAL PREPARATION PLANT OF MOVING SIEVE WORKSHOP NOISE CONTROL PRACTICE

本文介绍了潞安集团公司下属余吾煤业选煤厂针对动筛车间的噪声治理,在对振动筛、破碎机、跳汰机等高噪声设备进行分析的基础上,采取了对主要噪声源设置隔声罩、楼梯间安装隔声门、墙面四周及天花板安装吸声面板等针对性及综合治理措施,有效降低了动筛车间内部及厂界外噪声,治理后达到了相关标准规定,很好地改善了职工生产工作环境,为选煤厂动筛车间降噪提供了较好典范。

This paper introduces the Lu＇an Group subsidiary Yuwu Mining Coal Preparation Plant on noise control sieve workshop, based on the vibration sieve, crushing machine, jig to analyse the high noise equipment, take the main noise source to set the sound insulation cov- er, sound insulation door, wall and ceiling mounting sound-absorbing panel is installed around the staircase of specific and comprehensive control measures, reduce the noise outside the workshop and factory moving sieve, after managing to relevant provisions of the standard, well improve the staff work environment,to provide a better model of noise reduction for coal preparation plant moving sieve workshop.
