摘要
目的建立全谱直读电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),同时测定生活饮用水中铁、锰、铜、锌、硼、钼、钠、镉、铝、镍10种金属元素的方法。方法利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术,直接分析样品,并对成都市政各类供水进行测定分析。结果通过研究以上10种元素分析谱线的选择,背景校正扣除、样品基体及待测元素间干扰等因素,发现基体元素对测定没有明显干扰,在选定波长下,各元素间也无干扰,方法精密度、线性范围、回归系数等指标均能满足有关标准的要求,测定相对标准偏差均<6.9%,样品加标回收率为94.1%~110.5%,方法检出限为0.0003 mg/L^0.0185 mg/L。结论该方法可多种元素同时测定,快速灵敏,操作简便,线性范围宽,结果准确可靠,适用于各类水样中上述元素的日常测定。
Objective To establish the full spectrum of direct reading inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) for simultaneous determination of iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron, molybdenum, sodium, cadmium, alu- minum, nickel in drinking water. Methods The full spectrum of direct reading inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy technique was used for direct analysis of water samples from various Chengdu municipal water supplies. Results By studying the above 10 kinds of metal elements in terms of the choice of analysis spectrum lines, background correc- tiondeduction, the sample matrix and analyte interference and other factors, the matrix elements had no significant interference on the selected wavelength and between the elements, and the precision, linear range, regression coefficients and other indica- tors all can meet the requirements of the relevant standards. The relative standard deviations were below 6.9%, the sample standard recoveries were 94.1% - 110.5%, and the detection limit was 0. 0003 mg/L -- 0. 0185 mg/L. Conclusion This method can be applied to simultaneous determination of the above elements in various water samples, it is rapid and sensitive, accurate and reliable, easy to operate, and with wide linear range.
