摘要
目的对三种生物净水剂的使用安全性进行毒理学评价。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、大鼠急性经皮毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、鱼类延长毒性14 d试验及鱼类幼体生长试验进行评价。结果三种生物净水剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5000 mg/kg·bw,均属于实际无毒级物质;大鼠急性经皮毒性LD50>2000 mg/kg·bw,均属低毒级物质;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验三种生物净水剂各剂量组与阴性对照组比较,微核率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精子畸形试验三种生物净水剂各剂量组与阴性对照组相比,小鼠精子畸形率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);鱼类延长毒性14 d试验及鱼类幼体生长试验均无异常。结论在本实验条件下,未发现该三种生物净水剂有明显的毒性作用。
Objective To evaluate the toxicological characteristics of three biological water puntylng agents, so as to ensure wa- ter safety. Methods Mouse acute oral toxicity test, acute dermal toxicity in rats, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test, sperm shape abnormality test in mice, prolonged toxicity 14 -day test in fish, fish juvenile growth test were involved in this study to evaluate the toxicity of the 3 biologicalwater purifying agents. Results LD50 of the three purifying a- gents in mouse acute oral toxicity test were all higher than 5000 mg/kg·bw, belonging to non - toxicity level. While those were 2000 mg/kg·bw in acute dermal toxicity test in rats, belonging to low - toxicity level. The difference between testing groups and control group had no statistical significance in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test in mice( P 〉 0.05 ). No abnormalities was found in prolonged toxicity 14 - day test in fish and fish juven- ile growth test. Conclusion Under the conditions of present experiment, the three biological water purifying agents have no toxic effect.
