清远市手足口病病原检测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of etiological detection results of hand,foot and mouth disease( HFMD) in Qingyuan

摘要 目的了解引起清远市手足口病(HFMD)的主要病原体型别及分布特征。方法采集临床诊断手足口病病例的粪便、肛拭子、咽拭子等标本,应用Real—timeRT—PCR同时检测总肠道病毒、CoxAl6和EV71。结果共收集448份手足口病临床诊断病例标本,实验室检测标本总阳性率64.73%(290/448),其中EV71阳性率41.52%(186/448),Cox—A16阳性率9.38%(42/448),其它病毒阳性率13.84%(62/448)。阳性标本集中于0岁~3岁阶段,占标本总数的81.03%。结论引起清远市手足口病的主要病原体为EV71型肠道病毒;O岁~3岁儿童是感染的主要人群。全市8个县(区、市)均有EV71感染的手足口病病例。 Objective To investigate the major pathogen types and distribution characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Qingyuan. Methods Stool specimens, anus swabs and throat swabs were collected from clinically - diagnosed HFMD patients to detect the general enterovims, CoxA16 and EV71 simultaneously by Real - time RT - PCR. Results The total positive rate of 448 HFMD specimens was 64.73 % (290/448), in which the percentages of specimens with EV71, CoxA16 and other enterovims were 41.52% ( 186/448 ) , 9.38% (42/448) , 13.84% ( 62/448 ). The positive specimens were mainly found in children under 3 years old, accounting for 81.03% of the total. Conclusion EV71 was the main pathogen of HFMD in Qingyuan. Children below age 3 are the main infection population. EVT1 was detected in eight counties( districts, cities) of Qingyuan.
