2011年深圳市登革热与基孔肯雅热监测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of surveillance results of dengue fever and chikungunya fever in Shenzhen in 2011

摘要 目的尽早发现登革热与基孔肯雅热病例,了解深圳地区传播媒介白纹伊蚊携带病毒情况。方法采集应急监测病例及疫情监测病例血液样品,采用荧光PCR检测登革病毒与基孔肯雅病毒核酸,核酸检测阴性者,再用ELISA法检测IgM抗体;用C6/36细胞对早期病例血清进行病毒分离及型别鉴定;捕捉白纹伊蚊检测病毒核酸;调查媒介布雷图指数。结果共收集及检测267份合格血液样品。其中,应急监测病例236份,检测结果均为阴性;疫情监测病例31份,检出1份为髓革热IgM抗体阳性,1份为登革热核酸阳性,为Ⅲ型;确诊2例均为蹬革热输入性病例。共采集11批次白纹伊蚊,均未发现携带登革和基孔肯雅病毒。4月--11月份全市平均布雷图指数波动于0.80~7.17之间。结论通过实验室监测,发现了登革热病例,经流行病学调查系境外感染,及时控制了疫情的传播扩散,为深圳2011年世界大学生运动会公共卫生安全提供了保障。 Objective To early discover the cases of dengue fever and chikungunya fever and to investigate the virus - carrying situation of Aedes albopictus in Shenzhen. Methods The serum samples of emergency surveillance cases and routine surveil- lance cases from May 20th to August 31tt in 2011 were detected by real time PCR first, then the cases with nucleic acid negative were tested by ELISA for IgM antibody detection. Serum samples from patients at early stage were used to isolate virus with C6/ 36 cell lines. The type of isolated virus was determined by real - time PCR and RT - semi - nested - PCR. The larva from Acdes albopictus were collected from 11 districts of Shenzhen to screen dengue virus and ehikungunya virus by real - time PCR. And Breteau Index of the media was evaluated from April to November. Results A total of 267 qualified serum samples were detected, including 236 samples from emergency surveillance cases and 31 samples from routine surveillance cases. Two samples of routine surveillance cases were dengue virus positive, accounting for 0.75% (2/267). Of the 2 dengue fever positive cases, 1 case was IgM antibody positive and 1 case was nucleic acid positive( 111 type). Two imported cases of dengue fever were identi- fied at last. No dengue virus and chikungunya virus were detected from 11 batches of Aedes albopictus. The Breteau Index aver- age of the whole city was from 0.80 to 7.17 between April and November. Conclusion Dengue fever cases were found earlier by lab surveillance, which were confirmed as overseas infection by epidemiology. Timely control of dengue fever epidemic has provide great help for public security of the world college students sports meeting in Shenzhen in 2011.
