几种稀土介孔复合材料合成方法

摘要 介绍以水热合成法制备含稀土金属化合物的介孔分子筛的方法。确定了分子筛的制备条件对介孔材料结构的影响,其主要影响因素为模板剂用量,晶化温度以及pH值,考察了稀土金属化合物用量,晶化时间,陈化时间,焙烧气氛以及加料方式等制备条件对分子筛的特征结构的影响。指出了根据实际的需要控制介孔材料的组织结构的方法,找到几种高效的稀土金属化合物,方便修饰替代到介孔材料中,又不引起介孔材料结构的破坏。 Methods of preparing several mesoporous molecular sieves compounded with rare earth were intro- duced, which called the hydrothermal synthesis. The effect of structural conditions for preparation of molecular sieve on mesoporous materials were determined, and its main influencing factors are the amount of template, crys- tallization temperature and pH. The influence of preparation conditions was studied, such as the dosage of rare earth metal compound, crystallization time, aging time, calcination atmosphere and feeding mode, on the charac- teristics of the structure of molecular sieve. The method of controlling mesoporous materials organization were given according to the actual need, several efficient rare earth compound were feund, which alternate or modify meso- porous materials conveniently, and does not damage mesoporous materials' structural.
