新生淋巴管与乳腺癌淋巴管转移相关性的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,乳腺癌的发病率和病死率持续上升,并呈现年轻化趋势,其主要致死病因是肿瘤细胞的扩散和转移。淋巴结转移是乳腺癌最常见的转移方式,其机制主要是浸润的肿瘤细胞穿过淋巴管壁,并随淋巴液到达淋巴结,形成新的肿瘤病灶。由此可见,淋巴管在乳腺癌淋巴结转移的过程中具有重要的作用。目前,人们已经发现了多种淋巴管内皮细胞特异性表达的标记物,并用于检测肿瘤组织中淋巴管的密度和浸润情况。最新研究发现,部分乳腺癌组织中存在新生淋巴管,其密度和浸润情况与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关。基于淋巴管形成的最新研究进展,本文深入探讨了新生淋巴管与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的相关性,为淋巴管的基础研究,及其在乳腺癌转移的临床诊断与治疗中的应用奠定理论基础。
