新型酞菁铜L-B薄膜及其气敏特性 被引量:4

摘要 合成了一种新型的酞菁铜衍生物——四—4-(2、4-二特戊基苯氧基)酞菁铜(以下简称tapCuPc)。藉助紫外——可见吸收光谱和透射电镜获得的表面形貌和膜层厚度的照片,研究了成膜条件对成膜质量的影响。在最佳成膜条件下,得到了平滑而均匀的表面结构。用Langmuir-Blodgett(L—B)薄膜技术在平面又指电极上沉积LapCuPc L—B薄膜。制成高灵敏、优良选择性,快速响应和恢复特性的气敏传感原理型器件。研究了气敏响应特性。发现tapCuPc LB薄膜对NH_3具有单一的探测选择性,对NO_2,H_2S和SO_2等不敏感.当吸附NH_3时,LB薄膜的平面电导明显增加。对于空气中含有100ppm(百万分之一单位)NH_3浓度的混合气氛,得到响应时间为32s。恢复时间为13min,对空气中NH_3的探测灵敏度可达几个ppm。 A new symmetrically substituted cop per phthalocyanine derivative-Cu te tra-4-(2.4-Ditert-amylphenoxy) Phthalocyanine(tap CuPc was synthesized. The effects of L-B film-forming condition on film quality was studied by UV-visible spectrophotometer and transmitting electron microscope (TEM). The surface morphology obtained from TEM shows that the L-B film prepared at optimum condition has the smooth and homogeneous surface structure. The tap CuPc L-B film was deposited onto the planner interdigital microelectrodes which is supported by a glass substrate, forming a gas-sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity.
