江西某含铜多金属矿选矿工艺流程试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 江西某含铜多金属矿含铜0.35%,含锌1.68%,含钨0.17%,属低品位复杂多金属矿。采用铜矿物高效捕收剂LP-01优先浮铜,闭路试验获得了含铜23.18%、含锌1.12%,铜回收率87.89%的铜精矿和含锌56.57%,锌回收率67.15%的锌精矿。采用摇床重选回收铜锌浮选尾矿中的钨矿物,在原矿含钨0.17%的情况下,获得了含钨54.51%,作业回收率65.11%的钨精矿。试验取得了优良的技术指标,为该矿石的开发利用提供了技术依据。 The copper, zinc and tungsten content of a low-grade cupriferous complex polymetallic ore from Jiangxi are 0. 35%, 1.68% and 0.17%, respectively. A high-efflcient collector of copper mineral, LP-01, was used for preferentional copper flotation. The closed-circuit test yielded a copper concentrate graded 23.18%Cu, 1.12%Zn with copper recovery of 87.89%, and a zinc concentrate approaching 56.57%Zn grade at 67.15% recovery. Shaking table separation was introduced to treat Cu-Zn flotation tailings resulted in 65.11% recovery into a tungsten concentrate grading 54.51%WO3. Favorable index can be achieved with this method, which provides a technical basis for the exploitation and utilization of this ore.
