摘要
在实验室条件下模拟了钒钛磁铁矿金属化球团的熔分,讨论了不同碱度、熔分温度及配碳比对熔分效果、TiO2富集效果的影响。实验结果表明,当碱度为1.4、熔分温度为1 500℃、配碳比为1.2时,金属化球团的熔分效果较好,TiO2富集效果最佳,获得了TiO2含量为49.2%的富钛渣。
The simulation of melting-separation process in a lab was conducted for the metalized pellet of vanadium- titanium magnetite, and the effects of different alkalinity, melting temperature and carbon ratio on melting separation and enrichment of TiO2 were discussed. Results showed that experiment condition with alkalinity at 1.4, melting temperature around 1 500 ℃ and carbon proportion of 1.2 could lead to a better melting separation for metalized pellet, and Ti-enriched slag was obtained with content of TiO2 around 49.2%.
