摘要
教师学习共同体作为一种新型合作学习的方式,在教师专业成长中具有独特的作用。基于此,高等医学院校应该以制度为引导、以服务为保障,多措并举来建设多赢的医学青年教师学习共同体,以促进教师的专业成长。
Being a new type of cooperative learning style,teacher learning community plays a unique role in the professional growth of teachers. Hence,guided by proper system and guaranteed by good service,medical colleges should take measures to construct allwin learning community for young medical teachers in order to promote their professional growth.
