摘要
管理学课程具有理论性和实践性的双重特点,以传统的教师讲授为中心的教学模式,无法满足现今本科教学的要求。管理学课程建设的首要目标应在于培养和提高学生的学习兴趣,通过精心设计参与式教学方案,利用多元化课堂组织的形式以及科学的评价考核体系,构建以学生为主体的学习过程,从而培养学生的应用能力和创新精神,提高其综合素质。
Management is a science that combines theory and practice. The traditional teaching method is teacher-centered,which fails to satisfy the requirement of current undergraduate teaching. The foremost teaching objective of management curriculum is cultivating and enhancing the learning interest of students. By carefully designing participatory plan,adopting various class organizational forms and scientific appraisal system,a student-centered learning process is constructed. The students’ practical ability and creative spirit will be trained. Consequently,the students’ comprehensive qualities will be improved.
