摘要
案例教学法是一种体现"叙事"思想的有价值的教学方式,引入职业核心能力课程体系中有助于提高授课的有效性、参与性与互动性。运用案例教学法教师要把握好"三定位"与"双导向"角色;要注重案例的搜集整理和筛选工作;要做好学生评估;营造好有效的课堂组织和讨论氛围;还可借鉴SIYB培训的案例全程参与方式达到事半功倍的效果。
The case teaching method is a valuable teaching method that reflects "narration"idea,the introduction of which can help improve the effectiveness,participation and interaction of the course in professional core competence curriculum system. To apply the case teaching method,teachers should well master the role of"three orientation"and"double guidance"; searching,summarizing and selecting work of the cases should be emphasized; students’ evaluation should be conducted well; good atmosphere should be created for the effective class organization and discussion; the full case participation in SIYB training should be referred to yield twice the result with half the effort.
