廖美珍教授翻译的《在亚当之前》,准确把握了原文的内容和形式,理解作者的写作意图,深入分析其语言形式特点,充分运用语言形式与语言意义之间存在密切联系的语言象似性特点,翻译出了贴近原文意义内容、话语风格和具有同样意美的译文;其译文语言具有一定的结构形式和音韵,给译作读者带来了美好的视觉与听觉享受。

Before Adam translated by professor Liao Meizhen correctly understands the content and form of the original text,and the author’s writing purpose,makes deep analysis of its lingual features,and provides a translation version which is intimately connected with the meaning content,discourse style and artistic conception beauty of the original text by taking full advantage of iconicity of the closely related lingual form and meaning. The translation language has some structural and phonological forms,offering readers good visual and auditory enjoyment.
