摘要 近年来,“三农”问题得到了党和国家的高度重视,发展现代农业,建设社会主义新农村是现阶段我国的重大的历史任务。能源问题与农村的经济社会发展息息相关。要解决好农业、农村和农民问题,发展农村经济,提高农村生活质量和水平,就必须解决好农村的能源问题,要保证能源的可持续发展,就必须实现农村能源的可持续发展。
