摘要
介绍了一种带有异型结构塑件的包胶模结构设计,采用浮动动模板结合侧边气缸顶出机构,顺利地实现了塑件的自动化生产,成功地应用于生产实践,可为同类塑件的模具设计提供借鉴。
The structure design of a mould for the encapsulation of a plastic part was stat- ed. The automatic production of the plastic part was realized by using floating moving tem- plate and side cylinder ejector mechanism.
