摘要 由于JL-30000落锤试验机机体庞大,结构复杂,运行时震动剧烈,能量瞬间集中释放,再加上原设计存在容易漏电、锤头提升高度难以控制、试样须人工放置等缺陷,操作时发生安全事故的可能性较大,安全隐患较为突出。为克服上述缺陷,对JL-30000落锤试验机系统进行了线路改进,增加了安全限位装置、自动送样小车和安全防护栏等措施,有效削减了工作风险,满足了安全生产的要求。 Some disadvantages existed in JL-30000 drop weight testing machine, such as large body, complex structure, severe vibration when running, energy collection and release instantly. In addition, some problems existed in the original design, including easy to electric leakage, hammer hoisted height difficult to control, and specimen placed by manual work. The accident occurrence possibility is great, and potential safety hazard extrudes. Aiming at the above disadvantages, some improvements were conducted for JL-30000 drop weight test machine, such as circuit improvement, adding safety constraint device, automatic cart for conveying specimen and safety barrier, all these measures effectively reduce operation risk, and meet requirements of safety production.
