摘要
分析了螺旋埋弧焊管生产中轴向磁场和横向磁场对电弧的作用以及外磁场对焊接质量的影响,介绍了外磁场造成的气孔、夹杂和焊缝外观等焊接缺陷的类型及原因。为了减少外磁场对螺旋埋弧焊管焊接质量的影响,经过对焊接缺陷和内焊打断试样分析讨论后,提出了重新布置焊接电缆线路和走向的措施。经现场试验,成型器内磁场过强的现象有了明显改观,电弧的磁偏吹减弱,附着在焊剂挡板、焊剂回收管、成型辊、递送边和自由边坡口等处的氧化铁粉明显减少。
In this article, it analyzed the function to arc of axial and transverse magnetic field and the influence of external magnetic field on welding quality, introduced defects type and reason caused from external magnetic , such as gas pocket, inclusions and weld appearance. In order to reduce the influence of external magnetic field on SAWH pipe welding quality, it put forward to rearrange the welding cable line and the direction, after analysis on welding defects and interrupt samples in inside welding. After field test, the phenomenon of magnetic field in forming apparatus is too strong has been significantly improved, the arc magnetic blow weakened, and the iron oxide powder attached flux barrier, flux recycle tube, forming roll, delivery side and free edge groove obviously decrease.
