摘要
研究开发了一种具有良好可焊性和抗湿CO2腐蚀的马氏体不锈钢合金及HFW焊管。通过合金成分优化设计、金相组织观察、力学性能试验、钢管外观尺寸及防腐性能试验,所开发的钢管外观尺寸、母材和焊缝的力学性能及金相组织等满足设计目标要求,与传统马氏体不锈钢管相比,具有更精确的外观尺寸。试验结果表明,新型可焊接马氏体不锈钢可以生产薄壁高精度管线管,可以用气体保护技术进行HFW焊接;HFW钢管不需焊前预热和焊后热处理,管体及焊缝所有性能满足油气井湿CO2腐蚀的服役环境。
A new type of martensitic stainless steel line pipe having excellent weldability and high corrosion resistance in wet CO2 environments manufactured by the high-frequency electric-resistance welding (HFW) process was developed. Through optimized design alloy composition, metallographic structure observation, mechanical property test, the steel pipe external dimension and anticorrosion performance test, the external dimension, mechanical properties of base metal and weld, and metallographic structure of the developed steel pipe can meet the design requirements. The test results showed that the new martensitic stainless steel can produce thin-walled and high precision line pipe, the gas shield welding techniques can be used in HFW; preheat before welding and heat treatment after welding don’t need for HFW steel pipe, the pipe body and weld can satisfy the condition of wet CO2 in oil and gas well.
