摘要
针对目前住宅产业化以及绿色节能建筑发展的新形势,住宅项目全装修房的开发推广势在必行。文章基于BIM技术的应用,从建筑、装修设计和施工一体化的角度的出发,利用BIM技术的信息化、可视化、参数化、3D仿真漫游和4D装修体验的功能,以及BIM在装修施工中材料、预算清单的生成和复杂节点、关键部位施工模拟的运用,对BIM在住宅项目全装修开发中的应用进行了初步探讨与研究。
Targeting the new trend of the current residence industry and green energy-saving building development, the development and promotion of the overall- finished housing project is an inevitable trend. This article started from the point of view of the integration of the architecture, decoration design and construction based on the application of BIM technology, utilized the information, visualization, parameterization, 3D simulation roaming and 4D decoration experience functions of BIM technology and as well as the application of BIM in the generation of materials and budget list in the decoration construction, as well as simulation of complicated nodes and key parts construction, and conducted preliminary discussion and study on the application of BIM in the overall-finished development in the residence project.
