既有居住建筑节能改造经济性分析

Analysis of Economy of Energy-saving Reconstruction of Existing Residential Buildings

针对节能改造领域存在的外部性问题,运用经济学理论解释外部性的概念,分析了既有居住建筑节能改造的外部经济性。最后,根据外部性有关经济学理论,提出了加快既有居住建筑节能改造的对策措施。

Targeting external problems existing in the energy-saving reconstruc- tion field, this article utilized the economic theory to explain the externality concept, and analyzed the external economy of the energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings. Finally, this article proposed countermeasures for accelerating the energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings according to the eco- nomic theories relevant with the externality.
