基于“治未病”思想从肝论治缺血性中风浅议

Discuss Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Starting From Liver Based on the Idea of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"

缺血性中风是由于各种原因引起脑脉痹阻、脑髓神机失用的临床病证,其病因病机复杂多变。笔者主要基于"治未病"思想,从肝论述其发病的原因,病机及临床特征,阐述调肝养肝并结合治未病思想从肝论治缺血性中风,以期为临床上治疗该病提供一种新的思路。

Ischemic stroke was clinical symptom of cerebral vein block and brain mechanism disfunction caused by various reasons with complicated etiology and pathogenesis. The paper, based on the idea of ＂Preventive Treat- ment of Disease＂ ,discussed the pathogenesis from liver with its clinical features and expounded modern theory of liver maintenance combined with the idea of ＂Preventive Treatment of Disease＂ treating ischemic stroke from liv- er,in order to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of the disease.
