平喘固本膏方对COPD稳定期大鼠血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及肺功能的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的研究平喘固本膏方对COPD稳定期大鼠血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及肺功能的影响。方法采用SD大鼠制作COPD稳定期模型,并用平喘固本膏方对其进行干预,疗程为1个月,对照组采用茶碱缓释片灌胃,治疗后进行肺功能检测,并取血清,以双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8。结果各治疗组IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),仅高剂量膏方组TNF-α水平低于对照组(P>0.05),对照组与各膏方组CRP水平相近(P>0.05)。在跨肺压及潮气量方面,膏方各剂量与氨茶碱作用相近(P>0.05),在气道流速方面,膏方中高剂量组优于氨茶碱组(P<0.05)。结论平喘固本汤膏方可降低COPD稳定期血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平,但对肺功能的影响不明显。 Objective: To study the effect of Pingchuanguben Decoction on rat models of COPD in the stable pe- riod on CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and lung function. Methods: The model of COPD in the stable period was made with SD rats and treated with Pingchuanguben Decoction for 1 month. The control group was treated with amino- phylline sustained-release tablets. After treatment,lung function was tested and then serum was taken in which CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 were tested. Results: IL-6 and IL-8 levels in treatment groups were lower remarkably than those in control group (P〈 0.05). Only TNF-α level in the high dose treatment group was lower than that in control group (P〉 0.05). As for CRP, transpulmonary pressure and tidal volume,there were no significant differ- ences between in treatment groups and control group (P〉 0.05). Airway flow of medium and high dose treatment group was lower obviously than that in control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Pingchuanguben Decoction can de- crease serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 in COPD of the stable period.
