摘要
本文研究了治理、权力/知识、患者—用户组织与生物公民权之间某种程度上受到低估的关系。作者的案例研究是对"积极地生活"组织(Vivopositivo)的研究。这是智利的一个联盟性质的非政府组织,它将艾滋病人和与艾滋病有关的人的草根组织汇集到一起。从方法论上说,本文的描述和分析依据的是档案文件研究、网站研究、为期三个月的参与观察,以及与"积极地生活"组织的领导者和关键成员的12次半结构化访谈。研究的主要发现是,我们正在目睹知识、治理、社会运动组织的一种新结合形式的出现,这种结合重新构造了卫生和疾病领域中我们所说的权力/知识构造(power/knowledge configuration)。
This article studies the somehow overlooked relation between governance, power/knowledge,patient-user organisations, and biological citizenship. Our case study is Vivopositivo, a Chilean umbrella NGO that gathers together grassroots organisations of people living with HIV/AIDS. In terms of methodology, our descriptions and analyses are based on archival and documentary research, website research, a period of three months of participant observation,and twelve semi-structured interviews with leaders and key members of Vivopositivo. Our key finding is that we are witnessing an emerging form of articulation of knowledge, governance,and social movement organizations that reconfigure what we call the power/knowledge configuration in the field of health and illness.
