摘要
针对迁钢2160热轧生产线F2轧机在轧制薄规格产品时频繁出现异常振动以及分速箱齿面剥落现象,组织了对轧机机座和分速箱的综合测试。分析表明:轧机机座振动和分速箱振动为受迫振动,其振动频率与弧形齿啮合频率相吻合。接轴弧形齿啮合间隙过大是造成轧机振动的直接原因。提出了调整或更换接轴弧形齿抑振措施。更换接轴后,异常振动明显减弱甚至消失,效果令人满意。
For the abnormal vibration phenomena frequently occurring in the rolling of thin gauge products on Finisher 2(F2) of 2160 continuous hot strip mill of Qiangang and the phenomena of the gearbox surface spalling , a comprehensive test about the mill and gearbox was done .The results show that the stand vibration and gear vibra-tion are forced vibration , and the vibration frequency is coincided with the frequency of spindle curved tooth mes -hing.The too large gap of the spindle curved tooth mesh is the direct cause of the mill vibration .So, to suppress the vibration, a program of adjusting or replacing the spindle curved tooth has been suggested .After replacing the spin-dles, the abnormal vibration is significantly reduced or even disappeared .The results are satisfying.
