摘要
用可靠性工程技术对仪表用金属材料QSn6.5~0.1进行了疲劳强度和疲劳寿命的可靠性研究。结果表明:(1)不同生产厂生产同一牌号,同一规格虽性能指标符合标准要求,但其条件疲劳强度和疲劳寿命是不同的。即其强度可靠性不同。(2)材料的可靠性直接影响元件的可靠性。
The relliability of the fatigue strength and fatigue life of the metallic materials for instrument (QSn6.5~0.1) has been studied by reliabilitey engineering techniques. The results show that:(1)The conditioned fatigue strength and the fatigue life of products from various plants are different although their trademark and standard used are identical. (2)The strength reliability of the materials will affect directly on that of the components.
