摘要
针对某型号渣罐的使用寿命低的问题,以有限元为手段,以ANSYS软件为工具,对该渣罐进行了热强度分析。在此基础上,结合板壳强度及疲劳理论,对该型号渣罐进行了改进,改进后的渣罐已应用于工程实际,且使用寿命显著延长。
According to the lower life problem of certain type slag pot , by means of finite element , ANSYS software as a tool, it makes the thermal strength analysis of the slag pot .On this basis, combining the theory of plate and shell strength and the fatigue , the model of slag pot is improved .The improved slag pot has been applied in practical engineering , and the service life has been significantly prolonged .
