基于国际市场的运输服务优化研究——以中国大型机场的中转服务优化为例

A Study on Transportation Service Optimization Based on International Market——Taking the Optimization of Airport Transfer Service in China as an Example

枢纽机场建设是构建具有国际竞争力的航线网络的关键,也是提升中国三大机场中转能力的核心内容。文章立足于中转比例和中转效率两大评价指标,通过对中转机会模型的建立与推导,分析影响中转机会的主要因素,并基于流程再造的原理,探讨以机场管理机构为主导的大型机场中转服务优化的主要措施。

Building hub is the key to establish international competitive route network and also the core of improving the transfer ability of the three biggest airports in China. This paper focuses on two evaluating indicators, connecting rate and connecting efficiency. At first, hased on the deduction and establishment of the model of transfer opportunity, theoretical value of transfer opportunity is calculated and the flight connection module diagram is draw out. Then, the main influence factors are analysed and the model is modified, considering the real situation of airport operation. Finally, optimization measure is presented in order to improve the transfer service by the leading of airport management organization, according to the theory of Business Process Re-engineering.
