Using Davy/Dow process as the example, selecting general product plan, using the nationwide average price of raw materials and products within latest price cycle, the article measures and calculates the economic benefits of butanol-octanol units with different scales and compares the techno-economic indexes both n static state and dynamic state with different scales. At the same time, it analyzes the situation of profit and loss balance so as to research the uncertainty of investment projects with different scales.
