The commissioning of new oilfields will result in a marked increase in Iraq＇s crude oil production in 2013 and 2014. The increase in crude oil production is completely from the Basra light crude in the nation＇s south oilfields and the sale volume to the Asia-Pacific region will increase further. The increase of sales pressure forces the country＇s exporters to take more flexible price policies.
