食管异物并发症42例分析

Analysis of the complications of esophageal foreign body of 42 cases

目的：探讨食管异物并发症的临床特点及治疗.方法：对42例食管异物并发症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果.42例食管异物并发症中治愈39例,好转1例,2例食道癌转肿瘤科治疗.39例质硬、锐利的异物引起并发症的病程在3d以内者38例（90.5％）,另外3例质软、钝圆的异物的病程分别为4～5 d.死亡2例（4.8％）.结论：食管异物患者应及时就诊、及早取出异物,尖锐不规则异物在诊断治疗中则需谨慎对待,避免出现严重并发症.老年食管异物患者应警惕合并食管癌的可能.

. Objective. To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of the complications of esophageal foreign body. Methods- The clinical data of 42 patients with the complications of esophageal foreign bodies were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 39 out of 42 cases of cases of esophageal foreign body complications were cured, 1 cases improved, and 2 cases of esophageal carcinoma were shifted to the Oncology Department for treatment. The course of diseases of complications within 3 days caused by hard, sharp foreign bodies were found in 39 cases （90.5%）, and the course of diseases of 3 cases of complications caused by soft and blunt foreign bodies were 4 and 5 days respectively, 2 patients died（4.8%）. Conclusion： Patients with esophageal foreign bodies should receive timely treatment, and remove the foreign bodies timely. For patients with sharp irregular foreign bodies may need to be treated with caution in the diagnosis and treatment so as to avoid serious complications. Elderly patients with esophageal foreign bodies should be on the alert for the possibility of combining with esophageal cancer.
