摘要
为了提高板式叉流气-气换热器的显热效率,本文根据厂家新风换气机实物原型,提出三种模型结构方案。通过Fluent数值模拟软件,分别模拟出夏季工况下三个方案的送风面和排风面的速度场、温度场和压力场。根据模拟结果得出最优方案,即在送风面阻力较小情况下,不仅送入的温度低,而且风口气流均匀。模拟结果为换气机的设计和生产提供参考。
In order to improve the heat efficiency of heat exchanger, this article puts forward three kinds of model structure scheme according to fresh air ventilator prototype. The three schemes are imitated for supply air and exhaust air face with velocity field, temperature field and pressure field by software of Fluent numerical simulation. According to the simulation results of summer, the best design scheme is made for cross flow air to air heat exchanger.
