摘要
针对国内设计生产的热量表测量精度达不到要求这一现状,运用Fluent软件对热量表的性能进行了优化,通过添加流道,改变叶尖间隙,提高了热量表的测量精度。通过吉林省计量科学研究院检测,性能指标达到了国家1级表指标。
The domestic design production of heat meter measuring accuracy can not reach the requirement, so the performance of the heat meter was optimized by Fluent software. After the area of flow passage was added, and the tip clearance was changed, the measuring precision of the heat meter has been improved. Through the measurement of Jilin Province Academy of Sciences testing, performance indicators have reached the national grade 1 table index.
