规定了两个不同室内状态点下蒸发冷却空调技术的适用标准。通过西安地区典型气象年夏季的统计数据与2012年夏季的实际采集数据的对比分析,得出了采用蒸发冷却空调技术制取冷风与冷水两种产出介质下不同的适用时间。冷风式蒸发冷却空调技术的适用时间约占夏季总时间的50%左右,冷水式蒸发冷却空调技术的适用时间约占夏季总时间的40%左右。

Compared the summer statistics of typical meteorological year with the summer actual collection of data of in 2012 in Xi＇an, it shows applicable time which can use the evaporative air conditioning technology. The applicable time of product air accounts for about 50% of the summer total time. And the applicable time of product water accounts for about 40% of the summer total time.
