风险投资是推动科学研究成果迅速转化为商品的新型金融运作机制。本文就风险投资的概念,运作程序,在国外的发展,以及国内的风险投资业等进行讨论。
Venture investment is a new finance mechanism to impel to convert science outcomes into merchandise rapidly. This article investigated venture investment' s conception, operating procedure, development in other countries and the civil venture investment practice.
