摘要
根据"钻石模型"理论,构建建筑业竞争力评价指标体系,用组合熵值法和FAHP法的赋权优势对评价指标赋权。在此基础上建立多层次灰色关联度评价模型,对中原经济区30个省辖市的建筑业竞争力进行综合评价。评价结果分析显示:济源、亳州等城市的建筑业竞争力整体较弱,濮阳、聊城等城市则显现发展不均衡的弊端,郑州等城市虽具备强势竞争力,但也存在利润水平低和盈利能力不足问题。并针对评价结果提出提升策略。
Firstly construct the competitiveness evaluation index system of construction industry according to the “Diamond Model”theory,then use the advantages of entropy method and FAHP to give this evaluation index system combined weights. On this basis,establish a multi-level grey correlation degree evaluation model to evaluate the construction industry competitiveness of 30 cities from CPER. Evaluation results showed that the construction industry competitiveness of Jiyuan,Bozhou,etc was overall weak;the city of Puyang,Liaocheng, etc had the disadvantage of uneven development;the city of Zhengzhou,etc had a strong competitive power,but there were also problems of low level of profits and insufficient profit ability. Finally propose some promotion strategies under“CPER Planning(2012-2020年)”.
