摘要
工程项目物资供应商的选择是工程建设行业稳步发展的保障和前提。现有的研究未充分考虑指标体系层次及其元素间客观存在的联系,忽视了供应商选择问题中的模糊性。针对现有供应商选择研究中的不足,构建了供应商评价和选择的指标体系,提出了一种基于ANP和VAGUE集理论的工程物资供应商选择决策模型。利用ANP对各指标进行赋权,再用VAGUE集理论进行选择,充分考虑了供应商选择问题的模糊性,以及指标体系内部的复杂关系。通过实证研究证明了该方法具有可操作性和实用性。
Evaluation and selection of project material suppliers is a guarantee and prerequisite for steady development in the construction industry. Existing researches haven't fully considered the objective relations between the structure of the index system or elements,besides ignore the vagueness in the supplier selection problem. For the flaws in the existing research on supplier selection, an index system of supplier evaluation and selection is established,a decision making model of suppliers selection based on ANP and VAGUE set theory is proposed. By using analytic network process to weigh the indicators,VAGUE set to select,which take the complicated relationship of indicator into consideration,as well as the vagueness in the supplier selection problem. The method is proved operationally and practically by an empirical study.
