摘要
为比较卷毛大鼠与SD大鼠皮肤毛囊形态学区别,探讨卷发机理,采用病理组织学和电镜技术观察突变大鼠皮肤毛囊结构。组织学结果显示卷毛大鼠皮肤毛囊弯曲,毛囊皮质内根鞘鞘小皮层排列不规则。扫描电镜下卷毛大鼠毛干弯曲,毛干横断面为扁平形,根鞘厚薄不均。透射电镜观察发现突变大鼠毛囊内根鞘细胞内见多量透明蛋白颗粒与角蛋白丝形成的均质状复合物,排列不规则。研究结果表明,突变基因可能引起毛囊内根鞘细胞角化过程不一致和中间丝的不规则排列而导致卷发。
The morphology of hair follicle from Yuyi curly rats was studied and compared with SD Littermates to explore the mechanisms of the bending of the hair shaft. Through observing the structure of hair follicle by histology and ultrastructure. Histological analysis showed that all hair follicles were bent,and unregular layer of the inner root sheath (IRS) in the mutant rats,but not in SD rats. Scanning electron microscopic showed that the mutant hair shaft was curved and une- ven thickness of cross sections. Compound of trichohyalin granula and intermediate filaments(IF) were observed in the IRS of the mutant. The results showed that inconsistent keratinization and irregulary IF in the cell of the IRS were associated with curliness of hair follicles in mutant stains.
