摘要 利用生物芯片β-兴奋剂类组合,选用其中β-兴奋剂类、群勃龙、皮质类固醇三个组分同时定量测定其残留量.考察了该生物芯片用于定量测定乳β-兴奋剂类残留的准确性、精密度等是否能满足检测的要求.本方法线性范围宽为0~5 ng/mL;β-兴奋剂类、群勃龙、皮质类固醇最低检出限分别为0.1、0.5、0.2 μg/kg.2个水平的加标(2倍检出限与5倍检出限添加量)回收实验;其回收率在99%130%间;其中加入后者回收率优于前者;通过对2倍与5倍加标样品的精密度测定结果,其变异系数在14%以内.通过对阴性样品测定全部低于相应的检出限,质控样品测定结果为参考值的105%~107%.证明β-兴奋剂类类生物芯片各项性能指标完全能满足乳与乳粉中β-兴奋剂类类残留半定量的快速筛查,为批量样品筛查提供了可靠的技术保证. Through the determination of all the negative samples below the respective detection limits, quality control samples was measured to the reference value of 105 to 107%. Prove growth-promoting agent class biochip can meet the performance indicators of growth-promoting agentresidues in milk and milk dairy semi-quantitative rapid screening, screening for bulk samples to provide a reliable technical guarantee.
